The team got back from our fifth project in Baker Lake, Nunavut, late last week. Winter was definitely knocking at the door, with biting arctic winds, freezing lakes and snow flurries! But we got so much done, from in-clinic surgeries to door-to-door vaccinations, community outreach and a round-table meeting to discuss what CAAT and the community of Baker Lake have been able to accomplish since our first visit several years ago.
